At Salt Rockers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to complying with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 68 of 2008 of South Africa.

1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility

Customers may return goods under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, not of good quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described.

  • The return is requested within 6 months of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is provided.
     

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
     

3. Refund Options

Depending on the situation, we offer:

  • Full refund, or

  • Repair or replacement, at the customer’s choice (where applicable under CPA).
     

4. Cooling-Off Period (for online/remote sales)

If the purchase was made online or via telephone, customers have the right to cancel the transaction within 7 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Section 44 of the CPA.

  • Goods must be unused and in original packaging.

  • The customer may be liable for return shipping costs.
     

5. Process for Requesting a Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

  2. Provide details of the issue and proof of purchase.

  3. Return the item to [return address] or arrange for collection if needed.
     

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date the returned item is received.
