1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility
Customers may return goods under the following conditions:

The product is defective, not of good quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described.

The return is requested within 6 months of purchase.

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Perishable goods.

Personalized or custom-made items.

Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
3. Refund Options

Repair or replacement, at the customer’s choice (where applicable under CPA).
4. Cooling-Off Period (for online/remote sales)
If the purchase was made online or via telephone, customers have the right to cancel the transaction within 7 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Section 44 of the CPA.

Goods must be unused and in original packaging.

The customer may be liable for return shipping costs.
