1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
   

2. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all major cities and towns within South Africa.
If you are in a remote or outlying area, please allow additional time for delivery.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
 

3. Click & Collect

• Free collection is available from Single Fin Surf Shop, Salt Rock, Ballito.

• Collections must be scheduled in advance via email or Instagram DM.
   

4. Delivery Issues

• Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing an order.

• We are not responsible for orders delayed due to incorrect address details, natural disasters, or courier service disruptions.

• If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of shipping, please contact us.
   

5. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged, or items are missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Email us with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will assist you promptly.
